Payments on mvaporcraft.com are exclusively made with the use of a Credit Card via the secure Viva Wallet Smart checkout Service. no other means of payment is currently available.

The Merchant receiving the order is EFOG Company (e-fog.gr), based in Marousi Greece (physical shop at Odos Pentelis 59, Marousi, 15126, Greece).

Shipping

All orders outside Greece will be delivered by UPS Postal Service.

Two (2) shipping options are available (a) UPS Express Saver (fastest way) (b) UPS Standard (takes longer, only avalable for continental EU countries)

During checkout you will be informed on the available shipping options and cost and you can select the most convenient for you way to have your order shipped to you.

NOTE: The delivery time is an estimate given to us by UPS and does not include any time the order may take to go through customs if applicable.

Taxes and Customs

Delivery to EU addresses aren’t subject to customs or import charges.

For deliveries outside the EU, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
